系統(tǒng)布置方案

1. 基本目標(biāo)：9#總裝廠房、14#噴漆車間、12#物流中心、8#大部件庫的大空間、高跨度區(qū)域要求低層作業(yè)區(qū)域室內(nèi)溫度10℃，輔助的服務(wù)樓和辦公區(qū)域室內(nèi)溫度為5℃。

2. 總體熱負荷需求：9#熱負荷1071Kw，流量36.84m3/h；14#熱負荷487Kw，流量16.75 m3/h；8#熱負荷222Kw，流量7.64 m3/h；12#熱負荷584Kw，流量20.09 m3/h。總熱負荷為2364 Kw，總流量為81.32 m3/h。

3. 熱源：采用市政熱水管網(wǎng)通過換熱站換熱獲得。市政一次熱水的供回水溫度為95/℃，廠區(qū)二次側(cè)熱水的供回水溫度為95/70℃。

本采暖工程擬定在5#餐廳北側(cè)設(shè)置廠區(qū)臨時供熱換熱站,換熱站熱源來自于空港物流加工區(qū)供熱管網(wǎng),一次網(wǎng)熱媒溫度為130-90,經(jīng)板換提供95-70溫度熱水.站中設(shè)循環(huán)水泵兩臺,板式換熱器兩臺,定壓罐一臺，補水箱一臺.廠房內(nèi)采用排管型散熱器,排管材質(zhì)為焊接鋼管，6米一根，每4根連接成一組散熱器。供熱供回水主干管道采用架空敷設(shè),出入口標(biāo)高定為5m.本臨時采暖工程還包括部分輔助采暖,其中9#總裝廠房在混凝土車進出廠房大門處設(shè)置熱風(fēng)幕,廠房中除散熱器提供采暖外,在廠房內(nèi)設(shè)置暖風(fēng)機為廠房提供熱量.保證土建冬季施工順利進行
