試前要先預(yù)想主考官會(huì)問的問題，并準(zhǔn)備謹(jǐn)慎而有條理地回答。事先有準(zhǔn)備的人，表情和肢體語言比較篤定從容，且具備較好的回應(yīng)能力。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生由于缺乏面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可事先找朋友練習(xí)面試技巧。面試時(shí)最好提前10分鐘到達(dá)地點(diǎn)，先去洗手間放松一下，整理一下思路，還可最后檢查一下自己的儀容，整理因擠公車而弄亂的發(fā)型，女士還可趁機(jī)補(bǔ)補(bǔ)妝。

　　1、把握英語面試的本質(zhì)，大膽說英語。

英語口語面試的設(shè)計(jì)初衷就是考察求職者的英語表達(dá)能力，即看求職者能否用英語和別人交流，能否讓別人領(lǐng)會(huì)你的意思表示。英語口語不同于書面英語---書面英語更加注重語言的精確性、邏輯性，而英語口語則更側(cè)重語言的達(dá)意性以及流利度。許多求職者之所以說不出流利的英語，是因?yàn)樗麄兝鲜窃诳紤]語法，老是擔(dān)心自己的言語不符合語法規(guī)范。

語法是語言的基礎(chǔ)，如果沒有語法，那么語言必將產(chǎn)生極大混亂，在事實(shí)上也是行不通的。但是，任何人學(xué)習(xí)語言的終極目的都是為了應(yīng)用，那么就需要學(xué)習(xí)者在掌握了語法基礎(chǔ)之后超越語法，駕馭語法，從而能夠靈活使用語言。根據(jù)交際學(xué)理論，只要話語者說的語言能夠傳情達(dá)意，不管它是否存在語法缺陷，那么該語言都是成功的。因此，求職者在英語面試中應(yīng)當(dāng)克服“語法至上”的心理障礙，沒有必要過分因?yàn)檎Z法條框的限制而感到緊張。只要你在不停地說，并且從面試者的眼神、表情中得到信息反饋，那么就意味著你的語言受到了認(rèn)可。

2、打心理戰(zhàn)，對面試者要有禮貌。

心理學(xué)上有個(gè)常識想必大家都知道，那就是任何人都有一種被人尊重、被人認(rèn)可的心理需求。對面試者彬彬有禮、適當(dāng)表現(xiàn)出對他權(quán)威性的尊重?zé)o疑會(huì)給整個(gè)面試過程奠定良好的基調(diào)。面試中表示禮貌的途徑主要有兩個(gè)，一是進(jìn)入考場時(shí)不能過于拘謹(jǐn)，要大大方方地微笑向面試者點(diǎn)頭致意，并說Good morning/afternoon。注意!這是你給面試者所留下第一印象中很重要的一部分! 二是在作簡單自我介紹時(shí)加上 my honored gentleman/madam。Honored一詞即出，面試者心理必將坦坦嫣。接下來你再犯什么小錯(cuò)誤，面試者想來是不會(huì)介意的。

　　3、適當(dāng)控制語速。

心理學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，人在緊張的時(shí)候會(huì)心跳加速，腦部血液循環(huán)加快，語言中樞異常興奮，從而導(dǎo)致他的語速加快。而英語面試一方面檢驗(yàn)求職者的語言交際能力，另一方面也會(huì)考察他的壓力承受力和心理素質(zhì)。而語速正是求職者在面試中壓力承受力和心理素質(zhì)的一個(gè)外在表征。當(dāng)然對于英語基礎(chǔ)好的人來說，語速加快也許自己還可以維持交談的進(jìn)行，而對于水平稍差的人則造成極大障礙。因此，適當(dāng)控制語速有兩點(diǎn)好處：一是展現(xiàn)求職者的良好素質(zhì)，給面試者留下良好印象;二是適中語速可以為自己的思考準(zhǔn)備更多的時(shí)間以便想出更完備的答案，而不至于面試交談中出現(xiàn)多次中斷。

4、注意面試的互動(dòng)性。

面試過程是一個(gè)交際的過程，求職者應(yīng)注意與面試者之間的交際互動(dòng)，這種互動(dòng)可以是語言的，也可以是非語言的，例如身體的坐姿調(diào)整、目光接觸等。求職者在面試過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)注意面試者的反應(yīng)，及時(shí)調(diào)整自己的談話方向、方式。最成功的面試應(yīng)當(dāng)是求職者的語言及其所表達(dá)的內(nèi)容引起面試者的強(qiáng)烈興趣，以之喜，以之悲，最后達(dá)到面試者的'共鳴、完全認(rèn)同。而不少求職者由于緊張、害羞而不敢正視面試者，不敢觀察他的交際反應(yīng)，只是聽到一個(gè)提問后就閉門造車、頭不敢抬地給出回答。這樣做是極為不可取的。因?yàn)橐环矫媲舐氄吆雎粤嗣嬖囘@一特殊交際的互動(dòng)性，違反了交際的基本原則;另一方面從心理上面試者可能會(huì)感到自己被忽視了，從而影響面試的效果。

　　5、穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打不冒險(xiǎn)，盡量減少明顯的語法錯(cuò)誤。

面試者在面試過程中對于求職者所犯的一些非重大語法失誤是可以忽略不計(jì)的，而一些明顯的語法失誤則在他們看來顯得特別扎眼。這類錯(cuò)誤過多，必將影響求職者的面試成績。為此，根據(jù)多次擔(dān)當(dāng)面試者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)求職者一些共性的失誤，我提出以下幾條建議：一、只用簡單時(shí)態(tài)，避免復(fù)合時(shí)態(tài)。這里所謂的簡單時(shí)態(tài)指的是一般過去時(shí)、一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般將來時(shí)。因?yàn)槠渌麖?fù)合時(shí)態(tài)諸如完成時(shí)、各種組合時(shí)態(tài)和虛擬語氣涉及語法項(xiàng)目太多、容易出錯(cuò)，所以應(yīng)避免使用。二、盡量減少使用第三人稱單數(shù)。大多數(shù)中國學(xué)生容易忘記給動(dòng)詞第三人稱后面加上s或es，平時(shí)如此，那么在面試緊張的氣氛下，求職者極有可能把第三人稱弄得一塌糊涂。三、我們的漢語“他”、“她”同音，受母語影響，我們中國英語學(xué)習(xí)者也非常容易不自覺地混用he和she。所以在面試中，每當(dāng)涉及到“他”、“她”時(shí)，求職者更應(yīng)該多加注意，因?yàn)槟愕拿嬖囌咭苍趥?cè)重挑你的這類錯(cuò)誤。

6、注意你的口頭禪!

我們每個(gè)人說話都容易下意識地說幾個(gè)自己的口頭禪。在面試中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)這樣的情形：當(dāng)求職者察覺自己犯了一個(gè)語法錯(cuò)誤時(shí)，馬上一捂嘴，冒出一句“哎呀”或者“不是”。殊不知，正是這些細(xì)小語言行為更能反映一個(gè)人的語言能力。任何一種語言都有自己的編碼。漢語有一套自己的編碼，英語也一樣，并且這兩套編碼沒有任何重合之處，反映到語言的外在表現(xiàn)---言語上，就是一個(gè)人漢、英兩種語言不能同步應(yīng)用，否則就要出錯(cuò)，或者鬧笑話。電影《春運(yùn)帝國》中的經(jīng)典臺詞“Please 排隊(duì)by tickets” 就是一個(gè)明顯的例子。
