提到為什么要選擇國外留學的人就會越來越多了，就避不開兩個重點話題討論。一個是中國優(yōu)質資源層面供求矛盾。二是出國留學能夠帶來獨特的其價值難題。我們首先聊一聊這幾個問題。

供求矛盾

眾所周時，中國每一年的高考生總數(shù)十分巨大，每一年的高考生都是在900-1000萬人和人之間。但對于國內的大學而言，一本學校的總數(shù)在1000所擾，在其中也包含300多家民辦學校，以上海舉例，一本率36.27%，是所有省份一本率最大省份。而最少省份一本率僅有10%上下。均值一本率僅是15%上下。再加上985學校每一年會提供不上20萬學士學位?？傮w計算下來，這些學校的招生名額不得超過總數(shù)的20%。剩下的八九上百萬人怎么辦？要不隨便找二本或是?？疲粐饬魧W。這這是最導致國外留學與日俱增的原因之一之一。

現(xiàn)在社會去俄羅斯留學的人越來越多，我覺得這是一個很正常的現(xiàn)象，因為俄羅斯的大學確實是非常優(yōu)秀的，而且也有很多人之所以非常喜歡去俄羅斯留學，那是因為他們非常喜歡俄羅斯的環(huán)境，所以從中可以看出俄羅斯確實是非常受人們歡迎的，并且從中也可以看出之所以去俄羅斯留學的人越來越多，確實是有一定道理的。
