我同意一樓的理論~~?。?！

中國大學教給學生10年以前的理論，外國大學教給學生安身立命生存下去的道理，所以像我這樣在國外生活過5年的~~不需要畢業(yè)證找個工作很輕松！

二、辯論賽的主題是在中國與海外學習哪個好,我方持在中國學習好,急需答案

一辯：謝謝，各位好！我方也認為出國留學是符合教育國際化這一時代潮流的，但這并不意味著任何年齡階段的人出國留學都是利大于弊的，要看高中畢業(yè)生出國留學是利大還是弊大，還要分析出國留學是否有利于高中畢業(yè)生的成人、成才和成長為國家民族的有用之才。我方認為高中畢業(yè)生出國留學弊大于利。理由如下：首先發(fā)展心理學研究表明高中畢業(yè)生年齡階段的青年在心理上正是解決自我熟悉時期的鐘擺時期，他們就象雜技場上的空中飛人，已經(jīng)伸開了抓住童年的那雙手，就要伸長手臂去握住世界，在此關(guān)鍵時期，他們需要的是一個相對聯(lián)系和穩(wěn)定的社會文化環(huán)境，來解決自我熟悉的危機和形成獨立的自我意識，而出國留學帶來的環(huán)境突變，則會造成自我迷失與決策混亂，帶來心理失衡和行為失范，不利于成人。其次中國大學本科教育今非昔比，在世界上處于領(lǐng)先地位，如果放棄價廉物美的中國大學教育，而去追求價格昂貴的外國大學教育，豈不是盲目崇外，舍近求遠嗎？至于那些為了躲避國內(nèi)高考壓力而出國留學的高中畢業(yè)生，既然對用母語參加國內(nèi)競爭都缺乏信心，又怎么能確信用外語參加國外競爭就一定有利于自己的成才呢？第三，由于種種客觀原因，今天的高中畢業(yè)生尚未建立以我為本、兼收并治的深厚文化根基，往往會在出國后被動適應(yīng)異國文化過程中迷失自己文化本身，這樣的人即使學有所成，對于國家的強大和民族的振興又有何裨益呢？當然，高中畢業(yè)生出國留學也有一些利，例如借以學習外國言語可以暫時躲避國內(nèi)高考壓力，但這些利不過是表面之利、眼前之利和局部之利，而實際卻是關(guān)系到個人成人、成才，和國家民族發(fā)展的根本之弊、長遠之弊和全局之弊。因此我方認為高中畢業(yè)生出國留學弊大于利。謝謝。

二辯：我們要兼收并治，要吸收國外的文化，首先要有自己的文化本根，要有獨立的自我，而高中畢業(yè)生缺乏的正是這兩點，也許在大學生看來是萬紫千紅總是春，可是在高中畢業(yè)生看來就是亂花漸欲迷人眼。發(fā)展心理學同樣表明，大多數(shù)的青年人要克服自我成熟的危機，需要一個聯(lián)系穩(wěn)定的社會文化環(huán)境，是或與不是呢？在國外需要競爭，而且也不能確定他是否能脫穎而出。

出國教育首先是要有能力，第二他要有意愿，第三他要學習很好在中國不能讀大學，第四他要去接受美國的教育，附加了這么多的條件當然是利大于弊了。不附加這么多條件的話，是不是就弊大于利了呢？請教對方辯友，一個突變的社會化環(huán)境是如何有利于高中畢業(yè)生解決自我成熟危機呢？青少年有什么問題嘛，哈爾濱日報的報道在十年前有一位高中畢業(yè)生赴日留學，結(jié)果成為了犧牲品，對方辯友于心何忍啊！讓我們看看現(xiàn)在的情況吧，請教一下，據(jù)美國國際教育學會統(tǒng)計，高中畢業(yè)生出國留學能夠獲得獎學金的機會只有3%。昂貴的出國費用對于我們中國高中畢業(yè)生和他們的家庭來說如何承擔呢？你就要拿出具體的解決方案哦！中國政法大學：可是我們不能光看他們花了多少，我們還要看他收進了多少，請問對方辯友，今天出國接受高等教育的機會值多少萬元呢？

The other day I announced that I would go abroad for further studies right after my college education. My decision evoked the immediate objection of my family： Why？ Why should I borrow a huge sum of money for overseas studies while I might receive the same education at home at relatively low cost？ My answer is： in addition to knowledge， I can gain experience that those who stay at home will never have.

First， experience is the opportunity for the real-life use of foreign languages. While a person can study a foreign language at home， the effect can never be compared with constant use of the language in academic and everyday life.
