杭州山下美術(shù)館是金芝會先生開的。金芝會先生詳細介紹了美術(shù)館的創(chuàng)立初衷與發(fā)展歷程。據(jù)金芝會先生介紹，山下美術(shù)館所在的西湖區(qū)雙浦鎮(zhèn)于前不久舉辦“紅譜浦”鄉(xiāng)村共富體，致力于通過黨建引領(lǐng)，集聚發(fā)展合力，打造“共管、共促、共推、共享”的共富“紅色引擎”，為鄉(xiāng)村共富筑基、保障、蓄力。山下美術(shù)館積極響應國家鄉(xiāng)村振興的號召，作為首批聯(lián)盟成員單位參與此次活動。山下美術(shù)館依托雙浦鎮(zhèn)的綠水青山天然資源和鄉(xiāng)風文化，借助中國美院象山校區(qū)藝術(shù)人才優(yōu)勢，于2019年開始投入建設，是一家集當代藝術(shù)展覽、藝術(shù)研學、青少年藝術(shù)課程研發(fā)與推廣的線下綜合藝術(shù)服務平臺，也是雙浦鎮(zhèn)推進美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設，促進鄉(xiāng)村振興的典型代表。

Sun Changbo, male, Han nationality, was born in Dalian, Liaoning Province, an independent young artist. His works have been collected by famous collectors in Shenzhen, the United States, Japan, Australia and other countries.

In 2017, he participated in the public auction of "Different Youth" at Zhangxiong Art Museum in Fujian Province.

In June 2018, he won the "Gold Prize" in the Liaoning Art Oil Painting Project of the Glamour China National Large-scale Television Exhibition Series.
